Mark, Lettings & Compliance Manager, has been with us since 2021, adding humour to the office daily. He has years of experience from the print industry having managed deadlines & staff, Mark now balances work & life by working Tuesday to Thursday, looking after maintenance, inspections, landlord, tenant & property compliance & move outs.

Leon, Marketing Manager, has been with us since 2023, adding a modern approach as our youngest team member with fresh ideas, & great IT skills. Leon works Monday & Tuesday, plus varied hours the rest of the week to suit the business, looking after marketing & vetting & helping the team with maintenance & move-in/outs.

Jean, Accounts & Utility Manager, has been with us since 2018, & is popular as she pays the contractors, tenants & landlords, & most importantly our staff wages. Jean has over 30 years office accounting experience & she balances work & home life by working part time 3 mornings a week, accurately keeping the accounts balanced, paying landlords & contractors in a timely manner, issuing regular landlord statements & ensuring the property utilities are up to date.

Gemma joined us a Lettings Manager in June 2025 and brings a range of transferable skills from working in the Travel industry for 8 years and Recruitment for 12 years. She is full of enthusiasm and ideas and will be looking after Marketing, Contracts, Maintenance and making sure the office runs smoothly. She works in school hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and when she’s not at work you will find her enjoying days out with her two daughters or chilling with a wine or two!
Lettings Assistant

Julia joined us as a Lettings Assistant in June 2025. She’s in the office each morning Monday to Friday, taking care of our keys, reported repairs and the phones, making sure everything runs smoothly. Returning to work after an eleven year break looking after her family and home, Julia previously worked as a Dental Nurse, Manager in hospitality and is a qualified counsellor. When not at work she enjoys walking, reading, dining out and gardening.
