Simply Let Dorset Ltd’s Landlord fees & Contractor costs are detailed below and are subject to changes with at least 2 months written notice. All Landlord fees detailed below are inclusive of VAT & All Contractor costs are subject to Vat if contractors are Vat registered.

Inventory Fee/Cost as we do internally & externally	1 bedroom (unfurnished): £95* 2 bedroom (unfurnished): £105* 3 bedroom (unfurnished): £115* 4 bedroom (unfurnished): £125* More than one bathroom, kitchen, living room, utility room or garden, as well as multiple sheds/outbuildings: £25* each For a furnished property, an additional £25* per room is payable

Property Check-Out Fee	This fee is variable and is equal to or less than the initial Inventory Fee.
Overseas Landlord Tax Return Fee	£95
Additional Miscellaneous Fee	£75 per hour for additional miscellaneous services. £175 if a landlord says yes to marketing, we do works, and landlord withdraws to cover admin & costs
Agreed Hourly Rate Fee	To be determined by the Agent where services are required by the Landlord outside of the agreed Schedule of Fees £75.
Legal Notices Fees & Costs	To be determined by the Agent where services are required by the Landlord outside of the agreed Schedule of Fees.
