Simply Let Dorset Ltd's Landlord fees are detailed below and are subject to changes with at least 2 months written note. All Landlord fees detailed below are inclusive of VAT & All Contractor costs are subject to Vat if contractors are Vat registered.

Additional Miscellaneous Fees	£175 if a landlord says yes to marketing, we do works, and landlord withdraws to cover admin & costs £150 per hour for additional miscellaneous services.
Agreed Hourly Rate Fee	To be determined by the Agent where services are required by the Landlord outside of the agreed Schedule of Fees.
Legal Notices Fees & Costs	To be determined by the Agent where services are required by the Landlord outside of the agreed Schedule of Fees.
